- Package sold by the hanging weight or rail weight which is ranges from approximately 100-120.- price is picked up at processor or farm (not shipped) Reservation deposit is applied to half cow price.
- Takes up approx. 4.5 cu. ft. of freezer space.
- Deposit required, non refundable once at processor . We require deposit for any packages that are custom cut or to secure an guarantee quarter share.
- If paying by credit card, $200 is applied towards reservation. Credit card fee does not apply towards reservation at pick up. If credit card fee was waived, then full $210 will be applied towards balance.
