Storage & Shelf Life: Your milk will arrive cold or frozen. When kept in the fridge, raw milk typically stays sweet for 7-10 days. You can prolong that a bit by decanting into quart jars with screw-top lids (this limits air exposure to the milk until you use it). However, raw milk never truly "spoils" (unlike pasteurized milk), but it naturally becomes sour over time—many people prefer using it this way! To extend the life of your raw milk, consider decanting it into quart jars with screw-top lids (this limits air exposure to the milk until you use it) or freezing it. When frozen, raw milk will retain all of its nutritional benefits for months until you are ready to use it (typically thaws in the fridge in about one or two days).
